What We Do

Psychotherapy

Psychological treatment helps individuals work through mental health concerns, relationship issues, and other difficult life events. Psychotherapy has been shown to be a highly effective treatment for mental health concerns. Our team is trained in multiple treatment modalities (including cognitive-behavioural, emotion-focused, acceptance and commitment, dialectical behaviour, psychodynamic). We work with clients collaboratively to tailor the treatment to each individual’s needs and personal goals.

Assessment

We offer psychodiagnostic assessment services using standardized and structured clinical interviews and questionnaires. This service is most helpful for individuals seeking clarification of clinical level symptomology or diagnosable mental health symptoms. We also have expertise in forensic assessments, including assessments of risk for violence. Please contact us for further information.

Consultation

We offer psychological consultation to individuals, groups, organizations, and leaders based on the unique situations being faced and obstacles they need to overcome.

Supervision

Our team has been actively involved in supervising practicum students, psychology residents, and other trainees. Please contact us to discuss your specific needs.

Workshops

We offer workshops and individually tailored training on specific topics, with a focus on elements of individual health, team health, and organizational health. We have experience running workshops on personal resilience and resilience in the workplace, maintaining optimal functioning in front line workers, and suicide prevention and awareness.
